A perfect summer quenchers, vintaged from Grenache (75%), Souzao (13%) and Tinta Cao (12%). Picked at optimum ripeness and, after crushing, held on skins overnight to extract colour and extra flavour before pressing 24 hours later.

A dry Rosé style of substance and character, showing great colour and complexity; the classic ‘cherry’ varietal Grenache is enhanced by the colour, spice and fine-grained tannins of the rare Souzao and Tinta Cao varieties. Served well chilled, it’s the perfect entertaining style.
