This Old Vine Shiraz has been sourced from South Autsralia’s world renowned Barossa Valley. The Burge Family Winemakers blocks are home to some of the oldest vines in the Barossa. This beautiful handcrafted Shiraz only contains hand picked grapes from hand pruned vines.
The wine has a deep opaque purple colour which is only found in the Barossa’s most luxurious reds. The palate is perfectly balanced, rich, rounded and complex. All iconic characters of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz has been treated in French oak which again adds to the richness and depth of the palate. Beautiful deep cherry and blackcurrant flavours are shown both through the aroma and flavour of this wine. With a long smooth chocolate finish this Shiraz is one to impress any wine connoisseur.
